House of Light is the perinatal specialist service for primary care on the Talking Therapies networks in East Riding.

Our team of clinicians are passionate about the work we deliver and are fully trained and experienced in working with all issues relating to perinatal mental health and are also fully trained to provide general counselling.  Our professionally registered and qualified clinicians practice many different therapeutic approaches to support the service user.

Hull and East Yorkshire Counselling provide counselling for primary care on the Talking Therapies networks in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Our team of clinicians are passionate about the work we deliver and are qualified in counselling for depression and also couples therapy for depression. All appointments are now offered by Telephone or Webcam and can be accessed from 8.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 1pm on a Saturday.

Since 2014, Focus has been a proud partner with the NHS across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. We provide NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) to empower our communities to enhance their mental health and wellbeing.

At Focus, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment with a comprehensive range of NHS-approved talking therapies to address common mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. Patients can access our services in various ways, including in-person sessions at our state-of-the-art centre in Hull’s vibrant Fruit Market area, as well as convenient telephone and remote therapy options.
